Who processes your data

What we collect
If you use the “Ask for availability” form we collect your name, email, phone (if provided), stay dates, number of guests and your message. With the enquiry we also record which website or campaign brought you here (for example UTM link parameters), to understand which channels work.
Like any website, the server logs technical data (IP address, date and time, page visited) for security and proper operation.
Why, and on what basis
We use your data only to reply to your enquiry and, if you wish, to handle your booking (Art. 6.1.b GDPR, pre-contractual steps). Technical data is used for site security (Art. 6.1.f, legitimate interest).
How long
We keep enquiries as long as needed to handle them and no longer than 24 months, unless the law requires otherwise when an enquiry becomes a booking.
Who receives it
Data is hosted by Aruba S.p.A., our website and email provider, acting as data processor. If you write on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's privacy policy also applies. We never sell or share your data.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing (Arts. 15–22 GDPR) by writing to reservation@lacortedimerlino.it. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
Cookies
The site uses only technical tools needed for it to work. Fonts are hosted on our own server, so no external services are contacted while you browse.
The site does not use profiling cookies or third-party analytics or advertising tools, so no cookie banner is shown.
